Too Contrasty? - Landscape

When editing your images, contrast can build up in ways that may not be intended. Highlights can blow out, meaning there are detailless areas of white, while shadows can block up, producing areas of black where perhaps some dark tones would be better.  Perhaps less contrast would be better in this image.
